Hello I'm Monika!

I am a person who loves to connect with people and am fully committed to creating meaningful relationships with my clients. I now focus on teaching Mindfulness to individuals who feel like they are too stressed to focus on their lives.

I teach English through mindful conversations and exercises so that my students can achieve their personal goals. My sessions are intense, oral, and tailored to your needs.  I currently work with international companies in Spain such as La Caixa, Nestlè, ByHours.

I am trained in Psychology, NLP, Mindfulness, and will also be offering Mindfulness-Based Stressed Reduction courses and talks in Barcelona. Stay tuned for more information. 

We can work together either through one-to-one or group Mindfulness Coaching sessions, English Language Training.
